Cleanroom Pressure Monitoring with LEFOO | Equipment Selection
Equipment selection | Manufacturer reference and ProSense commentary
Specify equipment for cleanroom pressure monitoring with lefoo: measurement requirements, interfaces, installation details and the information needed for a useful quotation.

LEFOO describes the LFM55 as a differential-pressure instrument for air or neutral gases, with a local display and configurable alarms. Output arrangements depend on the selected version.
Specify the measurement before the model
State the expected differential pressure, required positive and negative range, accuracy and reference arrangement. Do not confuse display resolution with measurement accuracy. Tell the supplier which side of the boundary is the reference, the operating environment and whether the reading is for observation, alarms or a control input.
Choose the interface deliberately
A local display, analogue signal and RS485 connection serve different purposes. Confirm the ordered LFM55 variant's available outputs, supply and wiring from the current datasheet. The presence of RS485 does not establish a ready-made connection to the customer's software; protocol settings and point mapping also need agreement.
Include the installation accessories
A useful request includes panel or wall mounting details, tubing and sampling-point requirements, cable distances, available supply and enclosure needs. Confirm compatibility with the measured gas and environment. Equipment suitability for one cleanroom application does not establish suitability for every process or classification.
Before purchase and handover
Ask for the exact model code, datasheet, wiring information, calibration requirements and what is included in configuration support. Plan a reference check and an end-to-end alarm test. ProSense can assist with the equipment brief; installation, validation and software responsibilities should be agreed separately.
