These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ProSense Instruments website, purchase of goods, and any related services provided by ProSense Pty Ltd (“ProSense Instruments”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

ProSense Instruments operates nationally in Australia and complies with applicable certification and regulatory standards, including RCM, ISO 9001, CE, and RoHS where applicable.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. ProSense Instruments reserves the right to cancel or reject orders at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, listing errors, or stock issues.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are in AUD, excluding GST unless stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4.3 Payment
Payments are processed through third-party providers. ProSense Instruments does not store payment information and is not liable for payment system errors or outages.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk
5.1 Shipping
ProSense Instruments ships within Australia. Carrier selection is at our discretion.
5.2 Risk
Risk passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery, which includes:

Carrier tracking confirming delivery

Delivery scan or photographic evidence at the provided address

Signed receipt or safe drop confirmation
Customers bear all risk after delivery confirmation, including theft, loss, or damage.
5.3 Delivery Disclaimer

Delays due to weather, industrial action, customs, or supplier disruptions
Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
6. Returns and Warranty
6.1 Change of Mind Returns

Must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

Eligible only for orders under $1,000 (ex GST)

Require prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

ProSense Instruments may charge restocking fees at our discretion
6.2 Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty only, unless otherwise stated. Warranty excludes:

Misuse, neglect, or improper installation

Environmental damage, water ingress, corrosion

Operation outside rated specifications

Normal wear and consumables
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Any disputes or chargebacks will be contested. Proof of delivery, tracking, and photographic evidence will be submitted to the payment provider. Customers remain liable for payment even if a chargeback is initiated.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

11. User-Generated Content
