Complete the RMA form and include it with the unit you are returning. 3. Ensure the unit and its packaging are in as-new condition. 4. Send the unit back to our store within 30 days of your purchase. We will process your return and issue a refund or exchange once we receive and inspect the unit. Please note that any custom-ordered items will require a restocking fee.
