This laser dust particle sensor module measures airborne particulate matter concentrations for PM2.5 and PM10 using optical scattering technology. An internal laser emitter and precision photodetector are arranged in a crossed optical path, enabling accurate detection of particles in the 0.3–10 μm size range.
Measured particle counts are converted internally using calibrated algorithms and output directly as mass concentration (µg/m³), simplifying system design and data processing. The sensor features automatic start-up self-calibration, ensuring consistent readings and long-term stability.
With a compact footprint, low power consumption, and digital-friendly outputs, the module is well suited for embedding into air purifiers, air quality monitors, smart buildings, HVAC systems, environmental stations, and IoT platforms.
