Solar-Powered Wireless Wind Speed & Direction Sensor | Crane Safety Wind Alarm
A solar-powered wireless wind speed and direction sensor designed for crane and construction safety. Provides real-time wind monitoring with audible and visual alarms when preset limits are exceeded.
This wireless wind speed and direction monitoring system is purpose-built for safety-critical applications such as tower cranes, gantry cranes, construction sites, and elevated structures. The system consists of a solar-powered wind sensor, a wireless transmission module, and a display/alarm unit that provides clear, real-time wind speed indication.
Wind speed and direction are measured continuously and transmitted wirelessly over a long range. When wind speed exceeds user-defined thresholds, the system triggers sound and light alarms and outputs a relay signal to alert operators or interface with external safety systems.
The sensor operates fully off-grid using a solar panel and internal lithium battery, making it ideal for remote or temporary installations. High-brightness LED display ensures excellent visibility in daylight, low light, and night-time conditions.
