This low flow thermal mass gas flow meter is engineered for precise measurement of gas flow in low-flow applications. Using thermal dispersion sensing technology, the unit measures mass flow directly without requiring temperature or pressure compensation, making it highly suitable for stable and repeatable gas monitoring.
Designed for integration into industrial systems, the meter provides both analogue (4–20mA) and digital (RS485 Modbus RTU) outputs, enabling seamless connectivity to PLCs, SCADA systems, data loggers, and IoT platforms.
