This smart vortex flow meter measures flow using the vortex shedding principle, providing stable and repeatable performance for gases, steam, and compressed air applications. It is commonly used in industrial plants, utilities, and energy monitoring systems where robust performance and wide turndown capability are required.
Integrated temperature and pressure compensation improves measurement accuracy under changing operating conditions, particularly for steam and gas flows. A clear LCD display provides local indication of flow rate and totalised flow, while 4–20 mA analogue and RS485 digital outputs enable seamless integration with PLCs, RTUs, SCADA systems, and energy monitoring platforms.
Constructed with a stainless-steel body and designed for inline installation, this product is supplied as a flow monitoring instrument only and must be installed and commissioned by suitably qualified personnel.
