It utilizes a precision-engineered turbine rotor mounted inside the flow body. As liquid passes through the sensor, the rotor rotates at a speed proportional to the flow velocity. An integrated magnetic or electronic pickup sensor detects the rotor movement and converts it into electrical pulse signals for flow monitoring and control systems.
How It Works
When liquid enters the sensor, it flows through the turbine blades, causing the rotor to spin. The rotational speed is directly proportional to the flow rate. A built-in sensor detects each blade passage and generates pulse signals.
