ProSightWater Flow Sensor with 2280 Pulses Counter 0.3-6LPM OEM Food Grade POM Hall Effect 24V Turbine Flow Meter is a precision turbine-type flow sensor that uses Hall-effect technology to measure the flow rate of water and other compatible non-corrosive liquids. It is specifically engineered for low-flow applications where compact size, high accuracy, and dependable performance are essential.

Inside the sensor, water passing through the body rotates a magnetic impeller. As the impeller spins, an integrated Hall-effect sensor detects the magnetic field changes and generates electrical pulse signals. The pulse frequency is directly proportional to the liquid flow rate, allowing a controller, PLC, microcontroller, or display meter to calculate real-time flow, total volume, or activate automated control functions.

Manufactured from food-grade POM (Polyoxymethylene), the sensor offers excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for drinking water systems and food-related equipment. Its low starting flow and low power consumption make it ideal for battery-powered and embedded control systems.
