The ProSight High Accuracy Industrial Electromagnetic Flow Meter | DN4–DN2000 delivers reliable, maintenance-free flow measurement for conductive liquids across industrial, municipal and sanitary applications. Available in DN4 to DN2000, it features PTFE lining, SS316L electrodes, ±0.5% accuracy (optional ±0.2%), factory calibration certificate, and 4–20mA, Pulse and RS485 Modbus RTU outputs as standard. The ProSight High Accuracy Industrial Electromagnetic Flow Meter | DN4–DN2000 is a professional industrial flow measurement solution engineered to provide accurate, repeatable and maintenance-free measurement of conductive liquids across a broad range of industries.
Designed for water, wastewater, sewage, slurry, acids, alkalis, chemical solutions, food-grade liquids, milk, juice and other conductive process fluids, the ProSight Measure range combines advanced electromagnetic sensing technology with robust industrial construction to deliver dependable performance in even the most demanding environments.
Available in sizes from DN4 through to DN2000, each flow meter features a full-bore, obstruction-free measuring tube with no moving parts, eliminating pressure loss while reducing maintenance and maximising long-term reliability. Measurement accuracy is unaffected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature or pressure, making the meter ideal for critical industrial process control.
The standard configuration includes a PTFE liner with SS316L electrodes, while optional Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C, Titanium and other specialist electrode materials are available for aggressive or corrosive applications. A choice of PTFE, PFA, Neoprene and Polyurethane liners allows the meter to be configured for virtually any process media.
For seamless integration into industrial control systems, the ProSight Measure range includes 4–20mA, Pulse and RS485 Modbus RTU outputs as standard, with HART communication available on request. Compact and remote transmitter options are available together with 24VDC, 240VAC and battery-powered models.
Suitable for industrial automation, water treatment, mining, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical processing, irrigation, utilities and municipal infrastructure, the ProSight Measure range is supplied with a Factory Calibration Certificate and optional ±0.2% accuracy for high-precision applications.
