Step 1: Choose Control & Load Type

DC Control → AC Load

  • Control Input: DC 3–32 V

  • Load Output: AC 24–480 V

AC Control → AC Load

  • Control Input: AC 70–280 V

  • Load Output: AC 24–480 V

DC Control → DC Load

  • Control Input: DC 3–32 V

  • Load Output: DC 5–75 V

Step 2: Choose Correct Current Rating

To ensure reliability and long service life, select relay current capacity based on load type:

  • Resistive Loads (heaters, ovens, incandescent lamps):
    SSR current ≥ 3 × load working current

  • Inductive Loads (motors, fans, pumps, transformers, air conditioners):
    SSR current ≥ 6 × load working current

  • Capacitive Loads (capacitors, battery systems):
    SSR current ≥ 10 × load working current
