The Programmable PID Temperature Controller is engineered for accurate and stable temperature control in demanding applications such as electric kilns, furnaces, ovens, muffle furnaces, and heat treatment systems.
Utilising advanced PID control algorithms, the controller continuously adjusts output to maintain precise temperature setpoints, minimising overshoot and ensuring consistent process performance. It supports a wide range of sensor inputs including thermocouples (K, E, J, S) and RTD sensors (PT100, Cu50), allowing flexible integration into various heating systems.
The controller features multi-segment programmable ramp and soak functionality, enabling users to define temperature profiles with controlled heating ramps, dwell periods, and cooling cycles. This makes it ideal for applications such as ceramic firing, heat treatment, material testing, and laboratory processes.
With configurable output options, the unit can control heating elements via SSR (solid state relay) for fast switching and long life, or relay output for general-purpose control. Additional alarm outputs allow users to configure high/low temperature alerts or process notifications.
The compact 72 × 72 mm panel-mounted design ensures easy integration into control cabinets, machinery panels, and OEM equipment. The clear display and intuitive interface allow operators to monitor temperature, program profiles, and adjust settings with ease.
