This insertion-style thermal gas mass flow meter is designed for accurate measurement of gas flow in large-diameter pipelines and industrial process systems. Using thermal dispersion measurement technology, it provides direct mass flow measurement without the need for temperature or pressure compensation.
The insertion design allows installation into existing pipelines without full system shutdown (application dependent), making it ideal for retrofit projects and large pipe networks. It is suitable for a wide range of gases including natural gas, LPG, compressed air, and other non-corrosive gases.
The unit supports multiple output options including 4–20mA, pulse, and RS485 communication, enabling integration into PLC, SCADA, and industrial monitoring systems. An optional LCD display allows local monitoring of flow parameters.
