This industrial vortex flow meter is designed for precise measurement of steam, gases, and liquids in demanding process environments. Using vortex shedding technology, it delivers stable and repeatable flow measurement across a wide range of applications including compressed air, natural gas, oxygen, hydrogen, and superheated steam.
Unlike thermal meters, vortex technology is highly suited for steam and high-temperature applications, providing consistent performance without reliance on gas composition. This makes it ideal for energy monitoring, process control, and utility measurement.
The unit supports pipe sizes from DN15 to DN300 and is available in flanged or wafer configurations for flexible installation. Integrated temperature and pressure compensation (optional) improves accuracy in variable operating conditions, particularly for steam and gas applications.
With multiple output options including 4–20mA, pulse, RS485, and HART, the meter integrates seamlessly into PLC, SCADA, and cloud-based monitoring systems. An optional LCD display allows for local flow indication, totalisation, and diagnostics.
