1" Explosion-Protected Solenoid Valve – DN25, 304 Stainless Steel (NC)
1" (DN25) normally closed explosion-protected solenoid valve manufactured from 304 stainless steel. Designed for high-temperature gas applications, this diaphragm-type valve provides electrically actuated shut-off control in industrial and hazardous environments (certification dependent).
This DN25 (1") stainless steel solenoid valve is engineered for gas systems requiring fail-safe shut-off control in demanding industrial environments. In its default state (de-energised), the valve remains closed and opens when power is applied, making it suitable for emergency isolation and automated gas control systems.
Constructed from 304 stainless steel, the valve body offers enhanced corrosion resistance and durability under harsh operating conditions. The diaphragm-operated internal structure supports reliable sealing performance within rated pressure and temperature limits.
Designed for high-temperature gas media (application dependent), this valve is suited to combustion systems, industrial burners, furnace lines, and process gas control installations.
The explosion-protected configuration is intended for hazardous area applications where flammable gases may be present, subject to verified certification appropriate to the installation zone.
Typical Applications:
-
Industrial gas safety shut-off systems
-
Burner and combustion control
-
Furnace and heating equipment
-
Process gas isolation
-
Hazardous area gas control (certification required)
