ProSight 1.5kW VSD 3-Phase 240V - Motor Drive (Low Voltage) is a compact 1.5 kW three-phase variable speed drive for controlling motor operation from a 200 to 240 V three-phase supply. It supports V/F, open loop vector and closed loop vector control, providing flexible control for industrial machinery and automated equipment. The unit has a rated input current of 5.8 A, output current of 5.1 A and compact dimensions of 185 x 118 x 167 mm.
- Designed for 220–240V 3-phase systems
- 1.5kW industrial motor control
- Suitable for automation and process applications
The ProSight 1.5kW VSD 3-Phase 240V - Motor Drive (Low Voltage) provides variable speed control for three-phase motors with a rated motor capacity of 1.5 kW. The model is specified for three-phase 200 to 240 V input at 50 or 60 Hz and provides a rated output current of 5.1 A.
The drive supports V/F control, open loop vector control and closed loop vector control. These control methods provide flexibility for different motor control requirements, from general speed regulation through to applications requiring more precise control.
How it works
- Converts the incoming three-phase electrical supply into a controlled variable frequency output for motor operation.
- Allows motor speed to be controlled through V/F or vector control methods.
- Supports a maximum frequency of 300 Hz with vector control and up to 500 Hz for general-purpose V/F control. A high-frequency V/F range up to 3200 Hz is also documented.
- Provides linear or S-curve acceleration and deceleration modes to control changes in motor speed.
Why choose this product
- Provides a 1.5 kW motor control capacity in a compact format.
- Offers multiple control methods for different motor operating requirements.
- Suitable where a three-phase 200 to 240 V supply is available.
- Includes documented protection functions for common inverter operating conditions.
Benefits
- Compact dimensions help make efficient use of control panel space.
- Adjustable acceleration and deceleration can help manage changes in motor operation.
