Integrated Wind Speed and Wind Direction Sensor with Aluminium Alloy Housing

This integrated wind speed and wind direction sensor is designed for accurate, long-term measurement in harsh outdoor and industrial environments. An internal low-friction bearing system enables smooth mechanical response and precise wind data capture, while the integrated photoelectric conversion mechanism and industrial-grade microprocessor ensure stable and repeatable measurements. The circuit design follows EMI protection standards, delivering strong resistance to electromagnetic interference in electrically noisy environments.

Supporting multiple industry-standard output signals—including analogue voltage, 4–20 mA, RS485 Modbus RTU, and SDI-12—the sensor integrates easily with PLCs, RTUs, data loggers, SCADA systems, and environmental monitoring platforms. Optional heating functionality allows continued operation in cold or icing conditions, making this solution suitable for meteorological stations, renewable energy sites, and infrastructure monitoring.
