This inline pH probe is designed for reliable, real-time pH measurement across environmental and industrial applications. Using a high-stability glass electrode system with automatic temperature compensation, it delivers accurate readings with strong immunity to electrical interference.
The patented reference system releases electrolyte extremely slowly through a microporous salt bridge under positive pressure, significantly extending electrode service life and stability compared to conventional probes. Dual high-impedance differential amplification ensures fast response and robust performance in noisy industrial settings.
With RS485 (Modbus RTU) and 4–20 mA outputs, the sensor integrates seamlessly with PLCs, DCS, SCADA, data loggers, HMIs, and IoT gateways. A standard 3/4″ NPT thread simplifies installation in pipes, tanks, and flow cells.
