This liquid oil-in-water sensor accurately monitors soluble oil concentrations in water using the fluorescence method. A UV LED light source excites the oil, which emits light proportional to its concentration, enabling precise online detection.
The device features a robust design, AC-driven optical system to minimize interference from ambient light, automatic temperature compensation, and a cleaning brush for easy maintenance. It supports RS-485 Modbus RTU communication and 4–20 mA output, making integration into SCADA and monitoring systems simple and reliable.
