This integrated online sludge concentration sensor is designed for accurate, continuous monitoring of mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) in water treatment applications. Using the scattered light measurement principle, it detects suspended particles by analyzing backscattered light and outputs a calibrated, linearized concentration reading.
The sensor features a durable 316L stainless steel shell, built-in temperature compensation, and self-cleaning capability, ensuring stable and reliable operation even in challenging wastewater environments.
