High Temperature Type S Thermocouple Probe up to 1600°C with Alumina Protection
Platinum-rhodium thermocouple probe designed for extreme temperature measurement up to 1600°C. Ideal for furnaces, kilns, and high-temperature industrial processes.
This high-temperature thermocouple probe is designed for accurate measurement in extreme heat environments, supporting temperatures up to 1300°C or 1600°C depending on configuration. Utilising noble metal thermocouple technology (Type S / R / B), the probe offers stable and reliable performance in high-temperature industrial processes.
The sensor is constructed using platinum-rhodium elements, providing improved durability and resistance to oxidation at elevated temperatures. The alumina (corundum) protection tube offers high thermal resistance and mechanical protection, making it suitable for harsh operating conditions such as furnaces, kilns, heat treatment systems, and metallurgy applications.
With an 8mm diameter probe, the unit is designed for integration into industrial temperature measurement systems, controllers, transmitters, and data acquisition equipment. It is commonly used in ceramic production, glass manufacturing, metal processing, and laboratory high-temperature testing.
