Digital Non-Contact External Pipe Liquid Level Sensor Switch – DC 12–24V

This digital non-contact liquid level sensor switch is engineered to detect liquid presence through the wall of non-metallic pipes or tanks, eliminating the need to cut, drill, or insert probes into the process line.

Designed for media such as water, oil, and glue, the sensor uses capacitive detection technology to identify whether liquid is present at a specific point along the pipe or vessel. Because it does not contact the fluid directly, it reduces contamination risk and maintenance requirements.

The unit operates on DC 12–24V and provides a switching output with a maximum current of 100mA, suitable for connection to PLC digital inputs, relay modules, alarm systems, or low-power control circuits.

An integrated LED indicator (or digital display version depending on configuration) provides clear visual status of detection, simplifying installation and commissioning. The plastic housing offers corrosion resistance and lightweight mounting flexibility.
