Universal Signal Input Multi-Channel Temperature & Pressure Controller – PT100
A panel-mounted universal input controller designed for temperature and pressure monitoring in industrial process systems. Supporting PT100 RTD and other signal types, this multi-channel unit delivers reliable control accuracy with AC220V operation for control panel integration.
This universal signal input multi-channel controller is engineered for accurate monitoring and control of temperature, pressure, and other analog process variables in industrial environments.
Designed for panel mounting (160 × 80 mm form factor), the unit supports PT100 RTD inputs with a stable excitation current of 0.25mA, ensuring accurate and low-drift temperature measurement. It can also accept other compatible analog signals depending on configuration, making it suitable for pressure transmitters, flow sensors, and general process instrumentation.
With an accuracy of ±0.5% FS ±1 digit, the controller is appropriate for general industrial control applications where stable and repeatable measurement is required.
The system operates on AC220V supply and is intended for installation within electrical control panels. With multi-channel capability, it enables simultaneous monitoring of multiple process points, reducing panel space requirements and simplifying system architecture.
