This handheld digital oscilloscope multimeter integrates oscilloscope, multimeter, and signal generation functions into a single portable device, providing a versatile solution for electrical testing, diagnostics, and signal analysis.
The oscilloscope function supports dual-channel waveform measurement with bandwidth options up to 100 MHz and real-time sampling rates up to 500 MSa/s, allowing accurate capture and analysis of fast-changing signals. Automatic waveform measurements—including frequency, cycle, amplitude, peak, maximum, minimum, and average values—simplify troubleshooting and reduce setup time.
As a multimeter, the instrument features a high-resolution 24,000-count display and supports measurement of voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, continuity, and diode testing, with true RMS capability for accurate readings across complex waveforms.
Selected variants include an integrated signal generator, capable of outputting sine, square, sawtooth, pulse, and arbitrary waveforms, making the device suitable for signal injection, circuit testing, and educational use. PC connectivity and SCPI communication support allow real-time waveform monitoring, data logging, and secondary development.
