Solar PV Maximum Power Tester (MPPT) – Photovoltaic Power, Voltage & Current
Portable solar MPPT tester for fast measurement of photovoltaic panel maximum power, open-circuit voltage, and short-circuit current—no battery required.
This solar photovoltaic maximum power tester is designed for quick, accurate evaluation of PV module performance in the field or during production and commissioning.
The instrument measures the maximum power point (Pmax) of solar panels using MPPT technology and simultaneously displays peak power voltage (Vmp), peak power current (Imp), open-circuit voltage (Voc), and short-circuit current (Isc) on a single screen. This allows installers, technicians, and quality teams to rapidly identify underperforming or faulty modules.
With a maximum power test capability of up to 800 W, the tester supports modern high-power and dual-glass PV modules. It connects directly via MC4 test leads and is powered by the solar panel itself, eliminating the need for batteries and ensuring reliable operation in remote or outdoor environments.
Its compact, palm-sized design makes it ideal for solar panel installation, acceptance testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production inspection.
