The ProSense Wall Mounted Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meter provides accurate, non-invasive flow and thermal energy monitoring for water, oil and other homogeneous liquids. Designed for retrofit and new installations, the meter mounts externally to the pipe, eliminating the need for pipe cutting, process shutdowns or pressure loss. Featuring 4-20mA and RS485 Modbus RTU outputs, the system integrates seamlessly with PLCs, SCADA, BMS and ProSight remote monitoring platforms.
The ProSense Wall Mounted Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meter is a high-performance flow measurement solution engineered for industrial, commercial and energy monitoring applications. Utilizing advanced ultrasonic transit-time technology with dual CPU processing, the meter delivers reliable and highly accurate flow measurement without direct contact with the process liquid.
The external clamp-on sensor design allows installation on existing pipework without interrupting operations, making it ideal for retrofit projects where traditional inline flow meters are impractical or costly to install. The system is suitable for steel, stainless steel, copper, cast iron and PVC piping and supports pipe sizes from DN15 and above.
When configured with temperature inputs, the meter also functions as a BTU Energy Meter, enabling accurate measurement of thermal energy consumption in chilled water, hot water and HVAC systems.
Designed for industrial automation and monitoring applications, the meter provides isolated 4-20mA outputs, RS485 Modbus RTU communications, data logging capabilities and long-term flow totalisation. Integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, Building Management Systems (BMS) and cloud-based monitoring platforms allows real-time performance monitoring, alarm management and reporting.
