An industrial-grade duct and pipeline temperature sensor with a 304 stainless steel probe and 4–20 mA output, designed for accurate, fast-response temperature monitoring in HVAC and building automation systems.
This duct temperature sensor and transmitter is purpose-built for reliable temperature measurement in HVAC air ducts and water pipelines. It features a fully enclosed, waterproof polycarbonate enclosure and a 304 stainless steel probe for durability and corrosion resistance.
The sensing element uses an A-class platinum resistance or thermistor, combined with an IC processing chip and temperature compensation circuitry to convert measurements into a stable 4–20 mA industrial signal. The result is high accuracy, excellent linearity, and long-term stability—even in electrically noisy environments.
With multiple probe lengths available for air and water ducts, this sensor installs easily and integrates directly with BMS/HVAC controllers, PLCs, RTUs, SCADA systems, and data loggers.
