This residual chlorine sensor measures free chlorine concentration (hypochlorous acid and hypochlorite ions) in water using a three-electrode electrochemical system. The advanced membrane-free, constant-voltage sensing technology delivers high accuracy, long service life, and minimal maintenance—no membranes or chemical reagents required.
With an integrated RS485 Modbus RTU interface, the sensor outputs digital data directly, reducing signal interference and simplifying system integration with PLCs, SCADA, BMS, and water quality monitoring platforms. Its IP68-rated, integrated probe design and standard 3/4-inch threaded mounting enable easy installation in pipelines, tanks, and flow cells.
The sensor is well suited for automatic chemical dosing control in circulating water systems, swimming pools, drinking water treatment and distribution networks, and hospital or industrial wastewater applications.
