4-Channel Digital Oscilloscope – 100 MHz, 1.25 GSa/s, 12-bit Resolution

This 4-channel digital oscilloscope is designed to deliver high signal fidelity and fast acquisition performance in a compact bench-top form factor.

It supports up to 100 MHz analog bandwidth and a real-time sampling rate of 1.25 GSa/s, allowing accurate capture of fast and complex signals. With a deep memory depth of up to 25 Mpts and a maximum waveform capture rate of 1,000,000 waveforms per second in UltraAcquire mode, the oscilloscope is well suited for detecting rare events, intermittent faults, and signal anomalies.

All models in this series provide up to 12-bit vertical resolution, delivering a lower noise floor and improved measurement accuracy compared to conventional 8-bit oscilloscopes. A 7-inch capacitive multi-touch display with digital phosphor technology enables clear waveform visualization with 256-level intensity grading.

The oscilloscope includes modern connectivity options and supports online upgrades, making it adaptable to evolving test requirements.
