76–81GHz Radar Level Gauge – Non-Contact Water Level Sensor with RS485 / 4–20mA
A high-frequency 76–81GHz radar level sensor designed for precise non-contact measurement of water levels in rivers, reservoirs, tanks, and open channels. Featuring RS485/Modbus-RTU or 4–20mA/HART output options, it delivers stable performance in harsh outdoor environments.
This radar level gauge utilises 76–81GHz FMCW radar technology to provide accurate and reliable non-contact level measurement across a range of 0.1 to 65 metres. The high-frequency signal ensures strong focusing capability and improved performance in narrow spaces and long-range open-air applications.
Designed specifically for water and environmental monitoring, the sensor is ideal for river level measurement, flood monitoring, stormwater systems, irrigation channels, reservoirs, and tank installations.
The non-contact measurement principle eliminates issues associated with fouling, sediment build-up, corrosion, or floating debris. The lens antenna design enhances signal stability and measurement accuracy even under challenging environmental conditions.
Output options include:

This flexibility allows integration with PLCs, RTUs, SCADA systems, data loggers, and remote telemetry platforms.
The sensor housing is available in PP or stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance for water, wastewater, and outdoor applications. It operates reliably within −40°C to +85°C and up to 95% relative humidity.
Installation options include bracket mounting for open channel and river monitoring or threaded process mounting for tank applications.
