Description

This portable dry block temperature calibrator is engineered for high-accuracy verification of thermocouples, RTDs, and temperature probes across an extended range of -100°C to 200°C. Designed for laboratory and on-site calibration work, the unit combines precision thermal control with digital connectivity.

The system features a full-screen display with 0.001°C resolution, enabling fine adjustment and clear visibility of setpoint and process values. With temperature stability of ≤±0.05°C over 15 minutes and horizontal temperature field uniformity of ≤±0.1°C (using a dedicated test block), it ensures reliable and repeatable calibration performance.

Standard soaking block configuration includes four insert diameters (4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm), with custom options available. The 150mm insertion depth supports accurate immersion of standard industrial probes.

Integrated RS232 and Bluetooth communication allows data transfer and remote monitoring, supporting calibration documentation and system integration.
