DRAGINO NB-IoT & LoRaWAN Power Outage Monitoring Sensor is a power monitoring sensor designed to remotely detect AC power outages and low-voltage conditions. It monitors the status of an AC supply and sends event notifications and periodic status data over a  network. The device supports BLE configuration, wireless firmware updates and local data logging when network communication is unavailable. With support for 85-305 VAC supply and an internal rechargeable backup battery, it is suited to distributed power monitoring applications.

The DRAGINO NB-IoT & LoRaWAN Power Outage Monitoring Sensor is a LoRaWAN-based power outage monitoring sensor for applications where the status of an AC power supply needs to be monitored remotely.

The sensor uses optocoupler isolation to detect the presence and condition of an AC supply. It provides power outage monitoring when the detected voltage falls below the manufacturer's specified outage threshold and low-voltage monitoring for abnormal supply conditions. When a monitored state changes, the DRAGINO LoRaWAN Power Outage Monitoring Sensor can send an event packet through the LoRaWAN network.

The device operates as a LoRaWAN 1.0.3 Class A end node and supports multiple regional frequency bands, including AU915 and AS923. It can be configured using Bluetooth, while LoRaWAN downlink commands can also be used for remote configuration. Wireless OTA firmware updates are supported for firmware maintenance and regional configuration.
