MONNIT Industrial Wireless Pressure Meter 300 PSIG
MONNIT Industrial Wireless Pressure Meter 300 PSIG is an industrial wireless pressure meter designed to monitor gauge pressure in gas, liquid and vapour supply lines up to 300 PSIG. Using the ALTA wireless platform, it sends pressure measurements to a compatible gateway for remote monitoring and alert management. It is suited to industrial equipment, compressed air systems, water lines, gas lines and other applications where pressure conditions need to be monitored remotely.
The MONNIT Industrial Wireless Pressure Meter 300 PSIG is designed for remote monitoring of gauge pressure in industrial gas, liquid and vapour supply lines. It measures pressure up to 300 PSIG and communicates wirelessly using the ALTA 433 MHz platform.
The industrial version is intended for more demanding installations than Monnit's standard commercial enclosure options. Pressure data can be transmitted to a compatible ALTA gateway and made available through Monnit's monitoring platform or another approved data service.
How it works
- An industrial-grade pressure transducer measures the pressure in the connected gas, liquid or vapour line.
- The pressure measurement is converted into digital data.
- Measurements are transmitted wirelessly to a compatible gateway according to the configured reporting or heartbeat settings.
- The received data can be monitored remotely, with alert thresholds configured within the monitoring system.
Why choose this product
This model may suit installations where pressure needs to be monitored without relying on regular manual gauge inspections. The 433 MHz ALTA version is intended for Monnit deployments requiring this regional frequency configuration.
The industrial enclosure option is also suited to installations where a more robust sensor housing is preferred for industrial environments.
Benefits
- Provides remote visibility of line pressure.
- Supports monitoring of gas, liquid and vapour systems.
- Allows pressure thresholds and notifications to be configured through the monitoring platform.
- Helps identify pressure conditions that fall outside the required operating range.
- Can support maintenance and process monitoring activities by providing recorded pressure data.
