MONNIT Battery Powered 750 PSIG Industrial Wireless Pressure Sensor is a wireless pressure meter designed to monitor gas, liquid and vapour supply lines up to 750 PSIG. Using the ALTA 433 MHz wireless platform and standard AA battery power, it provides remote pressure monitoring through a compatible gateway and Monnit monitoring software. The meter is suited to applications where operators need visibility of line pressure without running signal wiring to every measurement point. It can be used across utilities, manufacturing, HVAC, irrigation, laboratories and other pressure-monitoring applications.
The MONNIT Battery Powered 750 PSIG Industrial Wireless Pressure Sensor is a wireless pressure meter for applications where pressure needs to be monitored remotely. It measures gauge pressure in gas, liquid and vapour supply lines and communicates readings to a compatible gateway.
The meter is designed around Monnit's ALTA wireless monitoring system. Pressure measurements can be made at a user-configurable interval or when the sensor is triggered, with the resulting data made available through iMonnit or another approved data service.
How it works
- The pressure meter uses a piezoresistive pressure transducer to measure gauge pressure.
- The pressure measurement is converted into a digital value by the sensor.
- At the configured reporting interval, heartbeat or trigger event, the measurement is transmitted wirelessly to an ALTA gateway.
- Data can then be viewed and managed through iMonnit or another approved data service.
