MONNIT Battery Powered 3000 PSIG Industrial Wireless Pressure Meter
MONNIT Battery Powered 3000 PSIG Industrial Wireless Pressure Meter remotely measures gauge pressure up to 3000 PSIG in gas, liquid and vapour lines. It uses a 5-volt pressure transducer and sends measurements to monitoring software through the ALTA wireless network. The AA battery-powered design suits remote pressure monitoring where wired connections are inconvenient. With configurable reporting, data logging and threshold-based alerts, it can help operators monitor compressors, pumps, water systems, gas lines, industrial processes and other high-pressure applications.
The MONNIT Battery Powered 3000 PSIG Industrial Wireless Pressure Meter is designed for remote monitoring of high-pressure supply lines and equipment. As a 3000 PSIG model, it is intended for applications where pressure monitoring extends beyond the lower ranges covered by Monnit's 50, 300 and 750 PSIG meters.
The meter uses a pressure transducer to measure gauge pressure. The measured value can be transmitted at a user-defined interval or heartbeat, while configured pressure conditions can trigger an early transmission. Data is made available through iMonnit for monitoring, historical review and alert management.
How it works
- The pressure transducer measures gauge pressure in the connected gas, liquid or vapour line.
- The pressure measurement is converted into a digital reading by the sensor.
- The ALTA wireless system transmits readings to a compatible gateway.
- Data is made available through iMonnit for viewing, analysis and configured notifications.
- User-defined pressure thresholds can be used to generate alerts when pressure moves outside the desired range.
Why choose this product
- Provides remote monitoring for pressure applications up to 3000 PSIG.
- Avoids the need to run a dedicated data cable from the pressure measurement point to the monitoring system.
- Uses the standard AA-powered commercial enclosure specified for this part number.
- Supports configurable measurement reporting and pressure-based alerts through the Monnit monitoring platform.
Benefits
- Gives operators access to pressure information without needing to be physically beside the equipment.
- Helps identify pressure conditions that may require investigation or maintenance.
- Provides historical pressure data that can be reviewed for trends.
- Local sensor data can be retained if the gateway connection is temporarily unavailable.
