Live Fibre Identifier with LED Display & 10mW VFL

This live fibre optical identifier is designed for non-intrusive detection of optical signals in active fibre networks. It enables technicians to identify live fibres, detect signal presence, and determine transmission direction without disconnecting or interrupting service.

Using macro-bending detection technology, the device senses optical signals through the fibre cladding, allowing safe testing on live systems. It supports a wide wavelength detection range, making it suitable for a variety of fibre network environments including telecommunications, data centres, and FTTH installations.

The unit features an LED display for clear indication of signal direction and activity, as well as frequency detection for common modulation signals. An integrated 10mW visual fault locator (VFL) allows for quick identification of fibre breaks, bends, and continuity issues.
