A low-profile surface thermocouple sensor designed for fast-response temperature measurement on flat or curved surfaces. Featuring a thin-film sensing element with high-temperature Kapton insulation, it is ideal for laboratory testing, electronics, industrial equipment, and process monitoring.
This thin-film surface thermocouple sensor is engineered for accurate and responsive surface temperature measurement without requiring probe insertion.
Constructed with a slim 0.23mm profile, the sensor conforms closely to surfaces for improved thermal contact and reduced response time. The integrated Kapton tape backing provides high-temperature resistance and electrical insulation, making it suitable for applications involving heated plates, motors, bearings, pipelines, moulds, and electronic assemblies.
Available in K, J, and T thermocouple types, the sensor supports compatibility with a wide range of temperature controllers, data loggers, handheld thermometers, and industrial instrumentation.
The flat sensing pad (12 × 20 mm) ensures stable surface contact, while multiple cable length options are available from 0.5m to 5m, with custom lengths supported for OEM or project-based requirements.
