This precession vortex flow meter is designed for accurate measurement of gas and compressed air flow in industrial applications. Using vortex shedding principles, it provides stable and repeatable flow measurement across a wide range of operating conditions.
The meter is well suited for gases such as compressed air, natural gas, and other industrial gases, delivering reliable performance even in demanding environments. Its robust construction in stainless steel or aluminium alloy ensures durability and long service life.
With a flow velocity range of 0.3 to 6 m/s and support for multiple pressure ratings, the unit is suitable for a variety of pipeline installations. The integrated LCD display allows for local monitoring of flow data, while outputs including 4–20mA, pulse, and RS485 enable seamless integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, RTUs, and cloud platforms.
Designed for flexibility, the meter supports flange, clamp, or threaded connections and can be powered via 24VDC or battery, making it suitable for both fixed and remote installations.
