This integrated HMI + PLC brings together operator interface and process control in one cost-saving unit. The 7.0” TFT touchscreen provides intuitive interaction, while the PLC delivers 24 digital inputs and 20 mixed outputs — 16 relay (5A) for durable switching of mechanical loads and 4 transistor (500 mA) for high-speed pulse and fast signal control.
Advanced PLC functions include multi-channel high-speed counting (up to 60 kHz), pulse outputs up to 100 kHz, PID self-tuning, interrupts, and interpolation. Optional analog I/O (up to 12 AI and 8 AO) enables integration with temperature, current, and voltage signals without external modules.
The controller offers standard USB and RS232 connections, with options for RS485, CAN, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet for networked automation. Fully compatible with GX Works2 and Modbus RTU/TCP protocols, it integrates easily into industrial systems. With 32K-step program memory, encryption features, and adjustable input filtering, it ensures secure and stable operation.
