The EX3G-8070H-44MR combines a 7.0" resistive-touch HMI with a PLC core in one compact device, reducing panel wiring and installation effort. It provides 24 digital inputs and 20 outputs, of which 16 are relay (suitable for mechanical loads) and 4 are transistor (for fast switching or pulse control).
It supports high-speed counting (up to 60 kHz) and pulse outputs (Y0–Y3 up to 100 kHz, Y4–Y7 up to 10 kHz). Optional analog I/O (up to 16 AI and 8 AO) enables direct sensor integration. A USB 2.0 port provides fast programming and data access, while RS232 is built-in and other communication options (RS485, CAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi) are optional.
