The EX3G-8070H-24MT merges a 7.0″ resistive-touch HMI with a full PLC controller in one unit, minimizing wiring complexity and panel space. It supports up to 12 digital inputs and 12 transistor outputs (each 500 mA max), making it well-suited for small machines, control panels, and OEM applications that require fast switching and no external I/O expansion.
High-speed capabilities include counting up to 60 kHz and pulse outputs (Y0–Y3 at 100 kHz, Y4–Y7 at 10 kHz) for motion and timing tasks. Optional analog I/O expansion (up to 16 AI and 8 AO) allows integration with sensors for temperature, voltage, and current signals.
Equipped with a USB 2.0 port for HMI and PLC programming/data, plus built-in RS232 and optional communications (RS485, CAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi), it offers flexible connectivity. The device is compatible with GX Works2 / GX Developer for PLC logic and uses CoolMayHMI for screen design. Features include PID tuning, interpolation, interrupts, encryption, and memory for 32K steps / 32K retentive registers.
