ProSight Integrated HMI + PLC - 10” Touchscreen 24DI 20DO Transistor Output features a 10.1-inch full-colour TFT resistive touchscreen for user interaction, along with 24 digital inputs and 20 transistor outputs (500 mA max each) for fast, reliable control of industrial devices.
Designed for automation and OEM applications, the PLC supports advanced functions such as high-speed counting (up to 60 kHz), 100 kHz pulse outputs, PID auto-tuning, interrupts, and interpolation. Optional analog expansion (up to 12 AI and 8 AO) allows direct connection of temperature sensors, voltage, and current signals, eliminating the need for external modules.
Connectivity is flexible, with USB and RS232 built in, and optional RS485, CAN, Wi-Fi, or Ethernet for network integration. With compatibility for Mitsubishi GX Works2 and Modbus RTU/TCP protocols, the unit integrates easily with SCADA, HMIs, and drives.
