ProSight Integrated HMI + PLC - 10” Touchscreen 24DI 20DO Mixed (16 Relay + 4 Transistor) is an all-in-one 10.1" HMI + PLC device with mixed output capability, combining a color touch interface with reliable control hardware. Designed for flexible industrial automation with high-speed functions and USB 2.0 connectivity.
The EX3G-8100H-44MR unit merges a 10.1-inch resistive touch HMI with a powerful PLC core in one compact device. It features 24 digital inputs and 20 digital outputs (16 relay channels + 4 transistor channels), giving you the versatility to drive both mechanical loads and high-speed digital circuits in a single controller.
Equipped with high-speed counting (60 kHz) and pulse outputs (100 kHz for Y0–Y3, 10 kHz for Y4–Y7), it supports advanced control tasks. Optional analog I/O expansion (up to 16 AI / 8 AO) enables direct connection of temperature sensors, voltage, and current signals.
A USB 2.0 port allows fast programming and data access, while RS232 is present by default. Optional expansions include RS485, CAN, Ethernet, or Wi-Fi. The device supports programming in GX Works2 / GX Developer and uses CoolMayHMI software for the interface, allowing seamless HMI + logic integration.
With 32K program steps, 32K retentive registers, PID tuning, interpolation, and programmable encryption, this controller ensures performance, security, and flexibility in demanding industrial environments.
