ProSight Integrated HMI + PLC - 10” Touchscreen 30DI 30DO with MRT (Mixed Relay & Transistor) is a 10.1-inch HMI and PLC all-in-one controller designed for industrial automation and machine control applications. It combines a 1024 x 600 resistive touchscreen with PLC control, up to 30 digital inputs and 30 digital outputs, high-speed counting and pulse functions, and optional analogue I/O in a compact unit. With a 32-bit 408 MHz CPU and support for Mitsubishi GX Developer and GX Works 2 programming, it provides a practical option for equipment control, monitoring and automation systems.
This integrated HMI + PLC combines operator interface and control logic in a single compact package, reducing space and installation costs. Featuring a 10.1-inch TFT touchscreen and 30 digital inputs, it provides 30 mixed outputs (26 relay and 4 transistor) — ideal for applications that require both durable mechanical switching and high-speed pulse control.
The PLC supports high-speed counting (up to 60 kHz), 100 kHz pulse outputs, PID self-tuning, and interpolation for motion and process control. Optional analog I/O expansion (up to 16 AI and 8 AO) enables direct connection of temperature sensors, current loops, and voltage signals without extra modules.
Connectivity includes USB, RS232, and optional RS485, CAN, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet. With support for Mitsubishi protocols, Modbus RTU/TCP, and other standards, integration with SCADA, HMIs, and drives is simple.
