ProSight Integrated HMI + PLC - 10” Touchscreen 24DI 20DO MRT (Mixed Relay & Transistor) is a compact industrial PLC designed for control and automation applications requiring integrated processing, communication and I/O functionality. It provides a practical control platform for machinery, production equipment and automated systems where reliable PLC operation and flexible connectivity are required.
The ProSight Integrated HMI + PLC - 10” Touchscreen 24DI 20DO MRT (Mixed Relay & Transistor) featuring a 10.1” TFT resistive touchscreen, it offers intuitive operation alongside 24 digital inputs and 20 mixed outputs — 16 relay (5A) for mechanical loads and 4 transistor (500 mA) for fast pulse or high-speed switching.
The PLC supports advanced features including high-speed counting (up to 60 kHz), pulse outputs up to 100 kHz, PID auto-tuning, interrupts, and interpolation. Optional analog I/O expansion (up to 12 AI and 8 AO) allows integration with temperature sensors, current loops, and voltage signals.
Connectivity includes USB and RS232 as standard, with optional RS485, CAN, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet for networked automation. Compatible with GX Works2 and Modbus RTU/TCP protocols, it integrates smoothly with SCADA, HMIs, and industrial drives.
