This COD and turbidity sensor is designed for continuous, real-time water quality monitoring using advanced dual-wavelength absorption technology. By combining 254nm UV absorption for organic content detection with 550nm compensation for turbidity, the sensor delivers more stable and reliable COD measurements in challenging environments.
The integrated design allows simultaneous monitoring of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and turbidity, making it ideal for wastewater treatment, industrial discharge monitoring, and environmental applications.
With RS485 communication, the sensor integrates seamlessly into PLCs, RTUs, and SCADA systems, as well as cloud-based platforms for remote monitoring and analytics. Its fast response time enables near real-time detection of water quality changes, supporting process optimisation and compliance monitoring.
Designed for field deployment, the probe is suitable for submerged or inline installations and can be customised for specific applications or system requirements.
