This AC/DC Current Clamp Probe is a precision current transducer that converts AC or DC current into a proportional voltage signal, allowing direct measurement using an oscilloscope or multimeter without breaking the circuit.
Using a Hall-effect sensor combined with a permalloy core, the clamp provides linear, stable measurement of both AC and DC currents across a wide range. When connected to an oscilloscope via BNC, it enables real-time observation of current waveforms. When connected to a multimeter, it allows accurate current readings without direct inline measurement.
With a maximum measurement range up to 65A, this clamp is well suited for power circuits, motor drives, frequency converters, switch-mode power supplies, and industrial electronics. Its compact jaw size allows easy access to conductors in control panels and equipment.
