This passive oscilloscope probe is designed for reliable voltage and waveform measurement when used with digital and analogue oscilloscopes. With selectable X1 and X10 attenuation, it supports a wide range of signal amplitudes while maintaining signal integrity.
The probe features an ergonomic, lightweight design with integral injection moulding, allowing flexible use in confined spaces and on densely populated PCBs. A 130 cm cable length provides sufficient reach for bench and field work.
