The Dragino WQS is a smart wireless water quality monitoring device that connects to compatible water quality probes to collect and transmit measurement data over LoRaWAN or NB-IoT networks. It enables continuous remote monitoring of water conditions without requiring frequent site visits, making it ideal for distributed monitoring applications.

The WQS periodically gathers measurement data from connected sensors and securely sends the information to cloud platforms for visualization, data logging, alarm management, and trend analysis. Its ultra-low power design allows years of battery-powered operation, making it suitable for remote locations where power availability is limited.

Available in both LoRaWAN and NB-IoT versions, the WQS offers flexible deployment options for private wireless networks or cellular IoT infrastructure.

How It Works

The WQS interfaces with compatible digital water quality probes to collect measurement data such as pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), electrical conductivity (EC), oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), turbidity, temperature, and other supported parameters, depending on the connected sensor.

The collected data is transmitted through either a LoRaWAN gateway or an NB-IoT cellular network to a cloud platform, where users can monitor current readings, review historical trends, configure alerts, and support water quality management.
