The Dragino CPL03 Series consists of industrial-grade wireless dry contact sensors available in both NB-IoT (CPL03-NB) and LoRaWAN (CPL03-LB/LS) versions. These devices detect the open or closed status of dry contacts, magnetic switches, relays, valves, and similar equipment, transmitting real-time data to cloud platforms for remote monitoring.
The CPL03-LB/LS utilizes LoRaWAN technology, making it suitable for private or public LoRaWAN networks with long-range, low-power communication. The CPL03-NB uses NB-IoT cellular connectivity, providing reliable wide-area communication through supported mobile networks without requiring a LoRaWAN gateway.

How It Works
The CPL03 sensor monitors the state of an external dry contact or magnetic switch.
Whenever the monitored contact changes between open and closed, the sensor immediately records the event and transmits the information through either:
- LoRaWAN network (CPL03-LB/LS)
- NB-IoT cellular network (CPL03-NB)
The transmitted data is received by a cloud platform where users can monitor equipment status, configure alarms, analyze historical events, and receive notifications.
